Michael Best is a Partner at Zuber & Company LLP, Exclusive Member of Insuralex Ontario, based in Toronto, and assumes the role of Secretary of Insuralex.

Professional Profile:

Admitted to the Bar in 2004 in Ontario, Michael has built a distinguished litigation practice, with deep experience in jury and non-jury trials before the Ontario Superior Court.  He represents insurers, commercial clients, and risk managers across a broad spectrum of general liability, coverage and defence matters, including occupiers’ liability, product liability, professional negligence, public-sector claims, subrogation, and long-term care liability.

Michael’s strategic insight is bolstered by his early experience clerking for the Honourable Justice Maurice A. Role and Contributions at Insuralex:

As Secretary, Michael will play a key role in supporting Insuralex’s governance, documentation, and coordination efforts across jurisdictions.
