Insuralex is pleased to announce that Laura Manz, Insuralex´s exclusive member in Switzerland (Kellerhals Carrard) has been elected President of Insuralex during its annual meeting held in Madrid.
Laura Manz has extensive experience of advising major players in the local and international insurance sector on handling national and cross-border insurance claims, as well as advising on insurance products. She is also an experienced litigator in complex coverage disputes and tort cases. She is also a Swiss Bar Specialist in Tort and Insurance Law. She works as counsel at Kellerhals Carrard, one of Switzerland’s largest full-service law firms.
I thank the former President for his excellent guidance throughout a challenging term, as well as the entire Board, the Executive Director and our trusted Event Planner, for their excellent teamwork. I will continue the work that this board has done over the past few years: Demonstrating the expertise and flexibility of the legal services that our members can provide to the insurance market, growing our membership base, and strengthening the friendships and ties amongst members.
Furthermore, Stefanie Declerck, Insuralex´s Exlusive member in Belgium, joined the Board of Directors. Declerk is a Senior Insurance and Liability Lawyer at Advocatenkantoor Paul Muylaert.
Stefanie expressed her enthusiasm about joining the board of directors: “I am honored to be part of Insuralex’s esteemed Board of Directors.
