Claims Handling – T.P.A

The firm operates as Third Party Administrator (T.P.A.) for Insurance Companies, mainly in the medical
malpractice industry. The services rendered to Insurers in the medical malpractice insurance and include
coverage analysis pursuant to Israeli Law, close supervision on appointed lawyers (monitoring), proactive
involvement in the case handling and settlement exploration, risk management aspects, producing borde-
reaux, reserve assessment and other activities based on profound understanding of Insurers' interests. The
firm also handles claims under the deductible for various municipalities, on behalf of their insurers.
