For the last 37 years, Mr. Giorgetti has handled claims across all the specie classes of insurance and for some insurers, he drafted also the proposal forms and policy wording subsequently adopted. Alessandro is also one of only two lawyers co-opted onto the LIIBA Fine Art & Species Committee (FASC).
Within the fine art business, Mr. Giorgetti has managed several of the largest claim litigation in Italy, involving both private collections and museums as well as well as complex recovery cases.
