Gallivan, White & Boyd, P.A. Opens Charleston, South Carolina Office
Greenville, SC – Gallivan, White & Boyd, P.A. is pleased to announce the opening of its new office in Charleston, South Carolina. Founded more than six decades ago, the firm now has offices in Charleston, Columbia, Greenville, and Anderson South Carolina, as well as Charlotte, North Carolina. As part of the firm’s strategic plan, GWB strives to provide the highest level of service possible to all of its clients. With GWB’s new Charleston location, the firm will be able to serve its clients more effectively and efficiently in eastern South Carolina and North Carolina.
Gallivan, White and Boyd, P.A. is also pleased to announce that Mikell Wyman has joined the firm as a partner and that Blakely Molitor has joined the firm as an associate. Wyman and Molitor will practice out of GWB’s new Charleston office. Wyman’s practice is focused on defending the interests of employers, insurance companies, self-insured corporations, third party administrators, and claims servicing agencies in workers’ compensation matters. He has extensive experience defending a wide variety of complex injury claims arising in the workplace. Additionally, a significant portion of Wyman’s practice includes alternative dispute resolution, as Wyman has been certified as a mediator by the South Carolina Board of Arbitrator and Mediator Certification.
Molitor also concentrates her practice on the defense of workers’ compensation claims. She has significant experience in defending claims at every stage of the workers’ compensation process. Molitor takes great pride in being responsive to the needs of her clients and strives to ensure that they receive exceptional service and the highest level of quality possible. Molitor also routinely conducts seminars and provides risk assessments and counseling to assist client with preventing future claims.
