Attorney Carson Bacon Penney Joins Gallivan, White and Boyd

Greenville, SC – Gallivan, White & Boyd, P.A. is pleased to announce that attorney Carson Bacon Penney has joined the firm’s Greenville, South Carolina, office. Penney will practice as a member of the firm”s Business and Commercial Litigation Group and Workplace Practices Group. As a member of these groups, she will regularly represent clients in all phases of the litigation process in the state and federal court systems. A significant portion of Penney’s legal practice focuses on the representation of clients in employment issues related to federal and state employment laws. She regularly counsels clients on employment law compliance, conducts employment audits and training, and drafts employment policies and handbooks. Additionally, Carson is well versed in employment matters related to Title VII, Americans with Disabilities Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act.

Carson also represents clients in complex commercial litigation matters. This representation includes matters related to business torts, fiduciary duties, and contract disputes.
