We are proud to continue this month with “Insuralex Academy”, our internal training programme. This is a significant component in developing the next generation of international insurance lawyers within our network.
Our members have embarked on a continuous series of webinars on a variety of timely topics:
- “From Investigation to Defense and Prosecution of Insurance Fraud: the Chilean Experience”
- “International D&O-Insurance Programs – how German based D&O-programs influence international claims. Handling complex multi-jurisdictional claims”
On October 28th, 2025 Rich Kissel of Kissel, Straton & Wilmer (Exclusive Member in New York City) will deliver our third installment of “Insuralex Academy” and speak on “Cyber 101”
In December Insuralex will roll out a “Special Edition” of Insuralex Academy to help commemorate nearly 25 years of history of the group (more to come!).
Through these core webinars, Insuralex’s members from more than 50 jurisdictions will gain hands-on exposure through our regular sessions with key insurance law experts.
