Trends and opportunities in guarantee insurance [seguro garantia] were addressed in an open event that was held in Pinheiro Neto´s auditorium (SP), in partnership with Sou Segura and the Brazilian Risk Management Association (ABGR), last Wednesday (September 11, 2024).
Pinheiro Neto´s partners and representatives from leading industry players, such as Fator Seguradora, BTG Pactual Seguros, Pottencial Seguradora, Junto Seguros, Lavoro Seguros and Grupo Votorantim, discussed the milestones and challenges of judicial surety bond, the effect of judicial reorganizations on guarantee insurance, and how this product can contribute to economic development.
The event will was divided into three panels, which was moderated by Pinheiro Neto´s associate Raíssa Lilavati B. Abbas Campelo, and included the participation of partner Tércio Chiavassa and associate Carolina Kiyomi Iwamoto, as well as guests Anna Paixão (Pottencial Seguradora), Paulo Cesar Conrado (federal tax enforcement judge), Rafaela Ramalho (Junto Seguros), Sílvia Horta (BTG Pactual Seguros), Juliana Lopes Amaral Machado (Fator Seguradora), Cristina Weiss (Votorantim Group), and Carolina Vieira (Lavoro Seguros).
