General Liability Defense
Kramon & Graham also has a deep and experienced team of attorneys in the general liability area focusing on premises liability, sexual misconduct claims, and other general liability causes of action. Attorneys in the practice regularly try cases to verdict, including the recent defense of a local church in a wrongful death case where the Maryland Court of Special Appeals affirmed a jury verdict exonerating the church of any wrongdoing. In another recent matter, the firm won a large premises case for a local church in which the plaintiff sustained a significant injury. Kramon & Graham also handles professional malpractice and FELA work for various rail carriers.
Kramon & Graham insurance practice attorneys are keynote speakers and authors on insurance coverage issues for various industry conferences and meetings, including those sponsored by the Insurance Coverage Litigation Section of the American Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute, the National Business Institute, MC Consultants, Inc., and the Construction Defect Claims Managers Association.
